Architectural Revival was established in 2021 and fully embraced when Savannah Wright stumbled upon a unique 1974 contemporary home in Syracuse, NY that was neglected for many years. With her design background and interest in this style of architecture, she knew she had exactly what it would take to bring it back to life. Such a unique home with such a magnificent lineage of history required a specific hand to restore the warm, bright timber-framed masterpiece that she acquired.
Throughout the ups, downs, and lessons to be learned from this project, Savannah’s love for restoration and context-based design grew even bigger. It was during this process that she decided she would devote herself to seeking out unique, eclectic, and oddly specific properties in need of a historically and architecturally aware renovation.
Named after her late grandmother who inspired the Earth-grounded and sunshine inspired aesthetic, The Avalon Estate became her first of many unique homes that would see a new life after years of neglect.

Savannah Wright was born and raised in Rochester, NY with a burning passion for all things technical art. From a young age, she built scale models of world-famous architecture, and tackled all design problems with homemade solutions.
These interests led her into university where she found the perfect blend of the built and natural world. She obtained her Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (2022) and Master of Landscape Architecture (2024) from the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry in Syracuse, NY.
The intersection of her dedicated and technical career has merged seamlessly with her excitement to bring projects to life. A designer who can build what they envision is simply invaluable. Savannah wants to bring authentic, invaluable design and execution to each of her clients to create some of the worlds most unique homes and spaces.
